Greg A. Morris is the Founder and Principal Consultant of HCM Evolution, bringing 20+ years of experience across Global Human Resources, Payroll, Workforce Management, HCM Technology, Compliance, and Transformation. His experience combines strategic advisory with hands-on practitioner expertise, allowing him to work with executive leadership while understanding the operational realities behind complex HCM challenges.

Throughout his career, Greg has advised and supported organizations through operational assessments, HCM transformation, technology strategy and implementation, process improvement, compliance and controls, interim leadership, and complex organizational change.
